Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability or fulfillment center locations. You’ll receive tracking for each package if applicable.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the shipping option. We do not cover any customs delays.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.
